Chloe Spencer is currently the Event Operations Manager for USBands, managing Local Events and the USBands Indoor Percussion operations.
Originally from Kentucky, Chloe received her BA in Music (Percussion) & Business at Morehead State University. She has worked on administrative teams for the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps and Rhythm X, Inc. She is also an active chairperson for the Percussive Arts Society's U.S. Committee and Diversity Alliance.
